Packaging and Logo Design
The goal of this project was to take an ordinary item and translate it digitally, using Gestalt’s principles. We were instructed to design a sketch, a graphic translation, then an icon.
Process
Sketches
Sketches made while timed, 1-2 minutes for each one. Used different size marker tips and tracing paper.
Sketched on Bristol paper with graphite pencil, originally in an 8x8 inch square.
Graphic Translations
Designed using Adobe Illustrator.
